A: Because Ubiquinol is a fat-soluble nutrient, it may be preferable to take with food for optimal benefits. We recommend a “loading dose” when you first start taking Ubiquinol: Take 300 mg split between morning and afternoon doses for the first 2 to 3 weeks. This will help bring the amount of Ubiquinol in your bloodstream to optimal levels.
Continue taking your regular daily dose divided into two doses: morning and afternoon. For example, take 300 mg per day (2 X 150 mg capsules), or 200 mg (2 X 100 mg capsules).
