When catching a glimpse of yourself in a mirror, do you sometimes find yourself wondering, “Who is that person?”

These substitutes are often diluted and have sugars and flavors added to help improve the taste. Also, many companies use meat flavors created in a lab to flavor bouillon cubes and soup mixes. Manufactured gelatin may contain monosodium glutamate, or MSG, a flavor enhancer and known neurotoxin, so I definitely suggest avoiding it as well.
