Wholesale Ordering Policies

We sell wholesale only to verified health businesses and practitioners. You must supply a valid State Resale License number or Federal EIN (or whatever identification your country provides), as well as your full business name and address.

Ordering:

All wholesale orders are taken over the phone or email. You can contact our wholesale manager Jeremy at 847-252-4355 ext. 3202 M-F 8am-4:30pm CST or jeremyd@mercola.com

All Illinois customers are required to fill out the CRT-61 certificate for tax purposes.

Payment:

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, checks and Money Orders. You will be required to supply the 3-digit security code on the back of your credit card or 4 digit security code on the front of your card, if ordering by credit card.

Payments made via check or money order will not be shipped until the check has cleared our bank. Average time is 14 business days.

Shipping:

All United States orders get shipped out UPS ground unless requested to ship with faster service by the customer. All P.O. addresses will ship out USPS within the United States.

International orders can go out UPS or USPS and we are not responsible for delayed time by customs or customs fees and charges. PLEASE contact your local postal office or Customs Office regarding their regulations BEFORE you order. We are a United States company and all orders are shipped from the USA. Any orders returned back to us will be refunded minus the shipping and handling fees as well as other fees associated with the return.

Wholesale Returns and Refunds:

In most cases, wholesale items are not refundable except for manufacturer's defect. However, in some cases we will accept returns within 30 days. Please contact Jeremy for any wholesale return inquiries. Merchandise must be unopened and in saleable condition and customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees if not defective as well as returned shipping. Items returned for any reason other than our error or manufacturer's defect will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Drop Shipping:

We do not drop ship at this time.
